3. Continue learning – Education is crucial to career advancement. If you aren’t learning, you aren’t adding to the value you can provide to employers. There are several ways you can continue to learn. Work with a colleague who has knowledge of a skill set you want and use them as a teaching resource, learn a new skill or enhance an existing one on your own or decide to return to school for additional higher education.
